Terms and Conditions for Activ People HR’s SAAS 2024 Giveaway: 

At the Schools & Academies Show – November 20th 2024 we are giving away 1 Year of Activ People HR license for FREE to ONE lucky school. *With a value of up to £5,000.  

Eligibility:   

If you attended the SAAS event and we scanned your badge you will be automatically entered into the giveaway. All entries will be emailed after the event to confirm entry.  

The winner will be contacted directly and will need to book a demo with our sales team before 31st January 2025 to be eligible to redeem the 1-year free license *up to £5,000. If a demo is not scheduled before this date, then Codel Software Ltd have the right to modify or terminate the giveaway without prior notice.  

For entries who unfortunately didn’t win the giveaway we are offering 20% off Activ People HR licenses. The 20% off applies to a minimum 1-year contract of Activ People HR licenses. To be eligible for the 20% off you must book your demo with our sales team before the 31st of January 2025 and have the license for a minimum of a year. If a demo is not booked before the 31st of January with one of our sales team, then Codel Software Ltd have the right to terminate or modify the 20% offer.  

Refunds and Exchanges: 

All sales are final. The company does not offer refunds or exchanges on modules purchased during the sale. The discount solely applies to the licensing fees of Activ People HR. 

The offer is only valid until the 31st of January 2025.
