Accessing the information that we need from a HR perspective is amazingly simple. The data is transparent so any individual can see their records and logging absence or leave requests are so simple that training is not required. Everything is a couple of clicks and you can’t get things wrong so the fear that is normally associated with new systems just does not exist with this one.
Activ absence is user-friendly, whether you are the administrator or user, apply for leave and approving takes just a few clicks and can be done on any device.
Staff are able to see their team calendar, this means planning annual leave is easier and we have fewer refusals.
We chose Activ People HR for schools as we were after a holiday management system which would also deal with our requirements with sickness absence. Activ People HR was the only system which ticked all of our boxes and we are very happy with the system.

The absence management works well for us, easy to see immediately an employee's absence to date 7 Bradford score. The report function is user-friendly and has multiple reports to download.
